  1. Must be 25 to rent

  2. No Smoking or vaping inside the home

  3. No motor homes, Campers, or Rvs on the property

  4. House can only sleep 11 total, Please provide names, ages, and license plate information for overnight guests

  5. Be courteous of your neighbors with your volume inside and outside

  6. Gas must be turned off of the outside grille upon leaving

  7. Do not throw any fish, shrimp, crab, or any carcass in the outside trash cans

  8. Park cars in the driveway and not on the street or in empty lots

  9. There are two security cameras on the premises, a camera under the house and on the top porch

  10. Items left in the house that are not claimed will be donated to charity after 30 days

  11. Pets are permitted with a $100 non refundable pet fee. $50 for each addition pet. Breed restrictions vary, 35lbs or less, and NO cats

  12. Please use liners in all trash cans

  13. Do not drive or tamper with dunes. A small fire on beach is ok. Glass containers are not allowed on the beach

  14. Leave the house as you found it. Do not leave food in the refrigerator. Unmake all beds that were slept in

  15. There is a cleaning fee of $150, if home is not properly taken care of as stated in the contract you could incur a second cleaning fee of $150

  16. Check in time is 4pm, Check out is 11am

  17. NO CANCELLATIONS except for a hurricane impacting Bolivar Peninsula on your dates. Travel insurance can be purchased

  18. Any violation of the rules can result in a complete forfeiture of all rent and deposits. Guest then can be asked to leave the premises
